macOS 10.14 Mojave and Scrivener

Mojave is out today, and Scrivener 3.1 won’t be too far behind.

As many Mac users no doubt know, macOS 10.14 Mojave is out today. The good news is that Scrivener 3.0.3 runs perfectly fine on Mojave, so those who wish to upgrade can do so without fear of it breaking Scrivener.

One thing to note, however, is that when you make use of dark mode – Mojave’s biggest new addition – Scrivener 3.0.3 will remain light. But fear not – dark mode support is coming very soon, with Scrivener 3.1. Supporting dark mode has involved significant changes to Scrivener’s code base, so we still need to do a little more testing and tweaking before 3.1 is ready.

In the meantime, here’s a little sneak peek.
