Beta announcement topic says the update has been posted but there is no download link.

Yes, that is correct. However at this time the changes from v6 to v7 are not listed.
Ah, sorry about that. I didn’t check that detail.
The changelog is as Kinsey mentioned. It is part of the first post, not in the post announcing Beta 7.
