Re: Scrivener 3 Themes

Thanks for sharing! I'm hoping this thread continues to grow as people added more and more themes. I am a bit bummed that Scrivener 3 doesn't come with at least a variety of pre-built themes as it seems there are a lot of users on a variety of online forums who want to use themes effectively but don...

Re: Reusing Text (Change Once, Change Everywhere)

I also really like the sound of this feature and would like to know if anything like this has been considered for implementation. I'm envisioning this behaving somewhat like a paragraph link as I discuss here ( https://www.literatureandlatte.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=38759 ) with the excepti...

Paragraph Linking and Pop-ups on Hovering over Links

I have two features that relate to one another that I would like to request get added to Scrivener for all operating systems. The first is paragraph linking. OneNote is a perfect example of paragraph linking as it enables users to not only be taken to the correct document but also to the appropriate...

Re: Other ways to arrange the corkboard

I think I'm missing something. I've tried to follow the instructions in the manual but can't seem to figure out how to do this other than by turning on Freeform mode, which isn't ideal since it is difficult to keep everything straight.

Tabs in Project Notes Manager

I've read in multiple sources that it's possible to create tabs in the Project Notes Manager. However, I've not found a way to do it. Is this still possible?

Re: Other ways to arrange the corkboard

I know this is quite an old post, but I echo the vote for a Trello-esque KanBan experience for the Corkboard!

Re: Inspector comment templates

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but I REALLY like the original poster's idea. I find myself regularly needing to use comment templates, and none of the current solutions are really suited to my needs. I try to record various pieces of information in different comment types (e.g. Daily Writing...

HELP! Needing Assistance with Changing Colors

Hello all. So I recently learned about the color customization features for Scrivener and have been playing around with them a bit. However, I am finding it incredibly difficult to create a few variations on "dark themes" that cut down on eye strain. I've seen some users that have alternat...

Re: Is it possible to import .jrwr files (Jer's Novel Writer files) into Scrivener?

What export options does Jer's support? Both RTF and Word support margin comments, and Scrivener will preserve comments imported from both formats. But no, direct import from Jer's is not supported. Katherine While Jer's does export to RTF and Word, it doesn't look like the margin notes are exporte...

Is it possible to import .jrwr files (Jer's Novel Writer files) into Scrivener?

Prior to learning about Scrivener, I wrote a fair amount in Jer's Novel Writer. Unfortunately, since it is no longer being developed, there is no way to export margin notes out of the program. I am wondering if it is at all possible to import the file into Scrivener in a way that preserves the margi...

How to Quickly Cross-Link in Scrivener

Hello all. I am a really new Scrivener user and would like to know if it is possible to quickly add a Scrivener link to one entry within another entry in a manner similar to applications used for creating wikis? I know it is possible to add Scrivener links, but it takes quite a few clicks to get the...
