Post in haste, regret at leisure: didn’t finish what I wanted to say, misspelled my own name.
What would be really nice is a File|Sync functionality like (apparently) on the Mac.
Is that in the works, BTW?

It’s definitely in the game plan, but it’s going to be a bit down the road, as it was a major 2.0 feature in Mac and there’s some underlying stuff that needs to get addressed first in Windows. The various sync features Mac has will all come to Windows, though, yes.
