[b]Can someone tell me why the layout manager just stopped working out of nowhere?
The screen just blinks and then doesn’t change. Very annoying. What can cause such a thing?[/b]

Window > Layout > Layout Manager. I’ve never used it either, but it does exist. Thomas McKean, sorry, you seem to have hit on a problem with which even some experienced users are inexperienced.
I dunno - I just checked and it works for me.
And now it is working for me again, too. Sigh.
