Please add percentage of width image scaling.

I just published my ebook that had both graphics and illustrations and had to edit the ebook's xhtml because the image file size (imported with print-size dimensions), scaled to look nice in Scrivener, exported with a set pixel size (as chosen in Scrivener). This resulted in a fixed image size on Kindle that was too small to see, and was not friendly to multiple devices. I still want the original image size in the ebook so readers can zoom in to see details.

From this:
<img src="images/result_29_189_It_was_her_music.png" alt="" id="result_29_189_it_was_her_music" style="style="height:131px;width:300px;"" />

To this:
<img src="images/result_29_189_It_was_her_music.png" alt="Graphic showing L minus 16:306:13:45 and about 2 pi. There are two alien glyphs with colored parts indicating a binary display. The first glyph is made of triangles, rectangles, and squares. It currently reads: 011101. The second glyph is made of bent lines and currently reads: 010111101." id="result_29_189_it_was_her_music" style="width:90%;" />

I previously requested alt-text support for accessibility and I'd still very much like that also; I don't look forward to having to go back through the 39 unique graphics to fix this if I have to export from Scrivener again.

You can set percentage widths for images in ebooks:

When using the <$img> plageholder tag, you can now set percentage widths for ePub 3 and KF8 ebooks, using a new “ebook” setting. If present, this will override the “w” and “h” tags for ebooks. E.g. <$img:Img Doc;w=400;ebook=50%> - this sets the width to 50% for ePub 3 and Kindle KF8, and to 400pt for all other formats.

I'm not seeing it. Must be the placeholder thing?

I have also run into this issue when compiling to PDF.

Idealy I would like to be able tell the compiler what picture to use as the front page artwork for my book.

As currently when you export the book the front page image only covers the middle of the screen leaving large white boarders all around it.

Fixing the issue would also mean that you wouldn't have to first export to Microsoft Word or Open office writer to make the image take up the whole page; As you would be able to export it directly to PDF.
