I’m wondering if this error when validating has been addressed. The 3.0.9 list of changes does not mention it.
ePubs (3 )don't validate with this error:

I’m no longer getting this error when compiling with the beta. Have you double-checked to make sure you’ve run the right version, if you both 3.0.3 and the beta installed together? If you're sure, could you post an example project that demonstrates the invalid output?

I do not have the beta installed. I was waiting to see if that error was dealt with before doing so.
So, I think you’re telling me it has. Good.
I will gladly now update to the 3.0.9 beta.
I’m assuming the full 3.1 version is getting near.
Thanks,
Rory

This was indeed removed and fixed for 3.1 - I must have missed adding it to the release notes.

The new version of the epub is creating issues as some of the files from the epub has been stored in my iTunes account but while accessing them I am getting iTunes error 9 because of the epub connectivity.
