Holding the z key shrinks the canvas but notes can’t be dragged/moved.
I’ve noticed the same problem today (just blew the dust off my trial copy on Windows 10).
The only way I can get it to work (intermittently) is:
- Left click on the item and start to move it.
- Hold the z (QuickZoom) key and wait.
- After a short pause, the zoom level is set “to fit” and you can still move the note…however, the moving note is shown enlarged, at its previous zoom level, so judging where to place it is a lot of guesswork.
Yeah, it looks like this isn’t all quite working as intended. You should be able to do basic interactions, like moving things around and connecting notes with drag and drop.
