Typical advice: clear your browser cache, clear your DNS cache, try from a different browser, try from a different account, try from a different computer, try from a different WiFi network.

I used the update option and it worked fine.

I downloaded the RC15 64bits without problems from updated Chrome.

Mine stopped for a while while unpacking DLLs (and looked hung or taking longer than previous releases did), but then finished fine.
