Last time was so much fun!!

Cheers!

From now till the bitter end, I shall be here to participate.

Thanks for keeping this going Rog. You rock.

That takes us to TWO COMPLETE versions. Welcome back, y’all!

OneSwellFoop - sorry you can’t make it this time. Hopefully you’ll be able to take part in October!

Count me in if there is still room. =)

Yup, welcome back, Indy!

Yay! Count me in please.

Hey, I’d love to join again! I’m so glad it’s scheduled for summer vacation – I’ll have a few days to get my brain back in working order.

jdeckstrom, scrapsandsass, WELCOME BACK!

Anyone else? Tell your friends!

Incidentally, I was doing some plotting on my iPhone at the weekend. I reckon this is going to be a really fun one!

I’m…pondering…giving it a try.

Still need to check my schedule to see if it’s viable.

Hey Devin. If you’ve got any questions, let me know. You’re certainly pre-approved from a writing sample perspective!

Hi, I would like to have a go at this. It might be fun!

I’m in.

Piggy, what’s the deal with the fuzzy dots? It’s driving me to distraction.

Oooo… I see what you did there…

This is me throwing my hat in the ring on this!

I mostly review theatre and film, and a friend of mine writes actual young adult novels. We were thinking we’d each write off of one chapter prompt (without cross-contamination) and then submit whichever turned out the best to reduce the pressure while increasing the accountability to actually do it. Is there any reason why this wouldn’t be in the spirit of the venture?

Excited to participate in the glorious madness,

Sam

I think I’m in. Way outside my comfort zone, but let’s give it a shot.

Jacqueline, Sangi, Sam, welcome to the forum! I’ve sent you all a private message with the next steps (basically asking for a brief writing sample and some contact / credit info).

Devin, I’ve just sent you the contact / credit request. Glad you decided to take part. You’ll be glad you did on the 18th!

Sam, I’ve got no problem with you and your friend taking part the way you propose. I’ll need the full sign up details (contacts etc) for you both (details in the message I sent), so I can send out briefs, prepare copyright info and all that sort of stuff (you retain credit and copyright in the sections you write). As long as the final list of participants isn’t exactly divisible by 12, I can also include you both in different versions if you end up unable to decide which you prefer to submit! I’m not going to be able to independently adjudicate disputes on the day!

They’re caused by bits of debris in the jelly-like vitreous humour that cast shadows on the retina. You should expect to see them in small numbers as you age and aren’t normally a sign of anything wrong. If you’re seeing a marked increase (especially in conjunction with flashes of light) or sudden changes, you should consult a specialist because it could be a symptom of a (very serious) posterior vitreous detachment.

Well… yes, certainly. I’m familiar with THOSE fuzzy dots. But what’s GR(rrrrr) and Nom(inal) got fuzzy dots for?

Yes please I am in
