[NB] Where can I find the dark mode setting in the beta version?

I am running the latest beta version (11) and I've looked through the entire app to find the dark mode setting. I see a lot of users posting screen shots of these (in windows) but I can't find the option anywhere. Is this like a stand alone feature or do you have to customize the appearance to fit the color requirements?
! I can't believe I missed this.
