I was wondering the same thing. I've backed up and compiled my current project to be safe. I expect my Windows 3.0 Beta to turn into a pumpkin at midnight.

You can count on the new version being released before the old version expires.
L&L has been pretty good about that.

The betas run through the day listed, so Beta 6 doesn't expire until midnight August 1st.

That said, Beta 7 is out. :)

Where do I find it? Same link as the one I used to download this version?

Thanks for all your hard work!

Yes, the beta announcement thread gets updated with the new links, change list, etc. You can also use Help > Check for Updates within Beta 6 to download the new version.

When I go to help>updates, I'm told to click the "Download Update" button. Where is it?

Whoops, that was unclear, sorry! User time.

There should be both a "Download Update" and "Cancel" button at the bottom of the Check for Updates window, below the area showing release notes.

Aha!. When I'm viewing the Help/Updates window using the latest Windows on a Surface Pro 2 and The Scrivener Beta I'm unable to see the buttons below the notes. (The window seems to be "not dynamic" or .... but when I I turn the pad and view in portrait mode, there they are. Thanks.
