I get your point, in that there is no actionable information for the person having the issue in that statement. But, the fact that the syncing process *does work* is still relevant, to the extent that it gives the person with the issue hope that it will (eventually) be resolved, so they have a basis to keep trying to fix it. In one of your posts, it seemed you had given up, but then you persevered and solved it.
