It's all in Apple's hands now... Although, bear in mind that even if it passes review quickly, we won't be releasing until late next week. If it gets through the review process in under a week, though, you will have Scrivener for iOS in your hands by next weekend...

Reconsider Ulysses. The latest generation is quite good. Still like Scrivener though; write in Ulysses and import into Scrivener for editing.

We have a "Software by Other Folk" for discussing other software. This thread is for discussion about Scrivener for iOS. Thanks.

Just about the best news a geeky writer could get. I've written 5 (count em' 5) journal articles so far this year and I credit Scrivener for making that possible. Can't wait to sit and focus with the iPad Pro. SUPAAA EXCITED.

A long time earlier in this two-year thread, discussion arose about the use of the virtual keyboard in iOS or an external bluetooth keyboard.

I just wanted to add that during beta testing I constantly used my Logitech Ultrathin keyboard and never had a bit of trouble. Unless the battery was running low. No, it's not a backlit iOS keyboard (they do exist), but in daylight the Ultrathin works well and the price is now about half of what I paid a few years ago.

I hope everyone will congratulate Keith and his team on this remarkable achievement for Scrivener, which I feel is absolutely the best writing software available.

And now, let the bug reports commence.
