Is Scapple for Windows dead?

As the title says.

Can we expect Scapple to be updated with the functions of the Mac version?

Like:
  • Labelling connections between notes
  • Applying styles from the Inspector

Presumably, but Tiho_D and LAP are somewhat busy with Scrivener for Windows v. 3. No doubt when that's done and all the other bits that haven’t made the cut at release time have been dealt with, they’ll turn their attention to Scapple.

You can say that! As support Windows is very limited as compared to Mac. Using Scapple on Windows becomes very challenging as well because of this!
