Feature Request: Titled Bubble

When one creates a new bubble, sometimes one wants the bubble to have a title followed by some content (possibly in a smaller font). At present, only content is possible, I can introduce a newline and apply boldface to the first line to simulate it being a title. However, other formatting like centering the content applies to the whole bubble.

In my opinion (tastes may vary) it would be nice to have a "titled bubble" template in which formatting of the title is separate from the bubble content, maybe even with a narrow line separating the bubble's title and its content.
