Minor irritation that doesn't ultimately look like a deliberate feature.

Say I have a Scrivener project containing Scapple files.

The Binder lists files according to the names I give time. However, when I open them, the window title is a useless numeric, e.g. 315. This is a real pain if I have several diagrams open and want to Alt-Tab.

Far from useless, that number is what the software needs to find the file associated with the slot in the Binder you clicked on. We can’t just call files by the thing you type into the Binder because the Binder doesn’t care what you call things, whereas there are all kinds of restrictive rules for naming files. You wouldn’t want to have to compromise on how you name your chapter because Windows won’t accept it as a valid name.

So in this case, deliberate feature yes; unfortunate side-effect when loading data out of the Binder and into programs that display filenames in the title bar, yes—but there isn’t much we can about it.

I appreciate the technical difficulties and didn't mean to sound harsh. However from the user point of view, the numbers aren't very helpful!

I hope at some point you'll be able to integrate Scapple a little...
