Minor Thing: Cursor for Resizing

When resizing an image, the cursor implies that only one dimension of the image will be resized. That is, it's either a vertical line with arrows on each side or horizontal with arrows above and below. However, both dimensions of the images are changed at once, and it retains its aspect ratio.

The cursor should probably be something like this:

Another minor cursor issue. If I put the cursor over the "y" in "Sleepy Pete," it changes to a resize cursor. Dragging does not resize anything.
