Sorry, I'm offically lost. Found the beta. Downloaded. Beta expired—app closes automatically. looked for the released app. Can't find app. Not in mac store, not in L&L menu. Google not helping. Gotta get back to work now.

Alt: If there is no Scapple for some reason. Any recommendations of a brainstorming software? I read some posts on using Scrivener where were cool but that doesn't really solve my problem. I've a 140,000 word 1st draft novel that desperately needs tightening into cohesion of the tributaries (subplot conflicts) into a solid river of story. Scapple seemed like a good s/w to try. I love Scrivener and Aero Timeline. Scapple fills the gap so to speak—if it is around somewhere.

A touch of rant: I do this when I write. Too much detail. Need to simplify, simplify, simplify. Wire the subplots into the main story with rope rather than threads. There I get stuck and break out a grid pad of paper.

Link please someone if Scapple is out there?

Thank you so much! :D

Kind Regards
Dan

Look here: viewforum.php?f=42
At the top, there's a "New Scappel Beta" thread with a link in it.
Often wrong, rarely in doubt.

Got it! Thank you. The problem was it was too obvious. It's the obvious in life that trips me up.

Thank you!

Loving this diagrammer too! And, it got sooo much easier to use after I read the instructions. Like my Pa always said, "Son, when all else fails, read the instructions."
