Since Scapple is all about immediacy, I would like to have a preference to set Scapple to open the last saved file by default, instead of coming up with a New file window.

At least, on my 10.6.8 system, Scapple always defaults to a new (small!) blank 'paper'.

I think it might also be handy to be able to set a default New file window size.

Kind regards,

Joachim

Hi Joachim,

Unlike Scrivener, Scapple uses all the standard OS X document-based app mechanisms, so it works the same as TextEdit, Preview and similar programs. If you update to Lion or Mountain Lion, therefore, your most recently-opened files will be automatically reopened when you re-launch Scapple.

All the best,
Keith
