Dog ear, or reading progress mark

I find myself wishing for a way to mark the exact place I've reached when reading my manuscript, like a dog ear, so I can pick up reading/editing where I left off. Bookmarks are not the solution here, it would seem. I'd like to ba able to mark a sentence for this purpose.
Doing a PhD on Hegel, using Scrivener. ‘Es geht vernünftig zu.’

Using Scrivener’s Inline Annotations and Find by Formatting Tool features could serve your purpose.
I'm a Scrivener user, not an L&L employee.

I add an Inspector comment that says "start here". I search for it with Project Search limited to comments. Don't use inspector comments for much else...
