I do not know, whether this feature already has been requested (my search in “wish list” did not give any result) although it is actually a very obvious idea:

If I give a manuscript to a test reader or an editor, I will have to do so in a common available format such as RTF. So I compile the manuscript and hand over the RTF-file.

Later I get back the RTF-manuscript with changes and comments. These changes I would like to synch back to my Scrivener project.

Given the synch feature of the current 2.x version half the work is already done. Scrivener just needs to know, which parts of the RTF manuscript belong to which parts of the scrivener project and which parts have been added during the compile process. This mark up could be done easily with invisible marks inserted in the RTF-manuscript by the compiler.
