Again I don't speak for L&L but he who does said that after the iOS version the next mobile version would be for Android. Given that there are still individual domestic and large corporate users still running Windows XP (or earlier) it's very naive of Microsoft to think that their customer base will upgrade to 10 especially after the Start Menu debacle and its continuing rumblings.
