Odd crash when applying Comment

Using the latest beat version.

Type some text.
Select the text.
Format > Comment
Comment appears.
Scrivener disappears.

Seems intermittent.

If you could find a reproducible case or send us a sample project reliably getting the crash in the official 1.7.1 release, that would be very helpful! I haven't seen any other reports on this or experienced it myself, so it may be specific to (or more regularly trigged by) a certain setup you have.
