A web paste glitch when copying Livefyre comments from Slate via Firefox and pasting into Scrivener's editor. Try copying, for example, several adjacent comments on this interesting article:

Note: the comments that cause a glitch tend to have images for commenter avatar and/or "Like" avatar.

You'll see overlapping instances of:

No url was passed to SCRDownloadManager::getURLFileName().

When you clear one such message, you'll get Could not open for writing.

These messages are difficult to reach because they're covered up by "Downloading web content." They can be moved via the Windows taskbar and must be cleared in sequence.
