I was so excited to see this beta version because I'd hoped it would add a custom meta-data function. Is there any way to add that feature to Scrivener for Windows? The lack of it has me looking for other software. It is my only complaint about your otherwise wonderful software.
Thanks!

This sounds like it's the same bug causing a few different crashes that have been reported, related to having an empty corkboard display. We're working on fixing this and expect to have an updated beta release sooner than usual. In the meanwhile, switching the group view mode to the outliner (on a folder that does have subdocuments) may help avoid the crash.
