1.
- split pane editor (l & r)
- binder affects left pane
- right pane is set to display what is selected in the left pane
- the 'Include enclosing group in combined scrivenings' option is on.
- select a folder with sub-documents in the binder
- select scrivenings view in the left pane
In the left pane, put the cursor in any of the documents but the first one: the text shows up in the right pane and can be edited.
But put the cursor in the first document (top of the page), and the right pane is blank, with the title saying: No Selection.

2.
- same set-up
- all the documents are 'script mode'
The footer bar in the scrivenings window does not show the script commands, and the script elements are not called by the ctrl +\ command.

Thanks for the report. The first shouldn't be happening at all because a Scrivenings editor shouldn't be linking to the other split in the first place. For the second, Scrivenings should display according to whichever type has majority but currently is always displaying in the regular document mode. I've filed a report.

Er.. I'd say that's a useful feature rather than a bug! - at least, as long as the second bug is there (as it's the only way to see a script as a scrivening and edit it).

At any rate, please don't fix the first issue before you fix the second one! :)
