A single Windows Alt-Tab does not bring me back to the Scratchpad after I have (single) Alt-Tab'ed away from it to a Scrivener project or another open application.

I found that Win+Tab is a workaround to getting back to the Scratch Pad after Alt+Tab'ing away from it -- Actually, Win+Tab to the Pad seems to work from any window no matter how many times and far away I've A+T'ed! -- Was this the Scrivener intent all along? Is it not a 'workaround' after all?!
It is certainly quicker than Alt+Tab'ing the first time to the pad from far away -- if I get used to it. (What would happen were another app to try to implement/coopt the same navigation for its scratch pad?)
