Hi,

I'm a new user and just downloaded the latest version 0.8.4.0. As soon as I enter an event date with a day field greater than 12, the application hangs. It looks like a great app. I'd like to be able to try it out, but can't get past this problem.

You probably have your preferences set to "Day/Month" format, instead of "Month/Day"--there is no 17th month! Easily adjustable in the preferences on the menu bar under AeonTimeline. :)

Barganzo,

Thanks that was the problem. However, now that I changed the preferences to Month/Day the date still appears in Day/Month order on the timeline, but it looks okay in the details pane.

Ooops! :? 8)

Never mind, I figured out that I needed to change the timeline Settings and now everything is okay.
Thanks again for your help...I appreciate it very much!!

Well, shucks. Now you have to go into Timeline>Timeline Settings and adjust that. Then when you click on the event it should straighten itself out.

Edit: Beat me to it!
:D

By the way--what program are you using to annotate your screenshots?

I have had a few people point out to me that these values should probably live together, as this has led to confusion a few times.

Unfortunately, I still haven't quite figured out where!
