The binder structure exists intact, the binder items have no text!!!!
What matters is what matters, knowing what matters and how to know it matters the most.

Bad luck...

But how do you expect help without more info on what you did before it happened, where you are saving projects, etc?
I am a user, writing non-fiction and science, using:
* Mac Scrivener 3 on a Macbook 12”, MacBook Pro 13”, and iMac 27”, running different OS.
* iOS Scrivener 1 on an iPhone 11 Pro, iPad Air 9.7”, and iPad Pro 12.9”, all running the latest iOS

This most commonly results when Scrivener has access to the index file used to build the Binder, but not the component documents.

The most common cause is a synchronization error or a "smart sync" situation where, for example, the Binder is stored locally but the synchronization tool has "helpfully" stored the actual documents in the cloud.

It's hard to say anything else without more information.
