1. I can't figure out how to change the section fonts in Compile. After choosing a new font, clicking "Save" does nothing; the new font is not selected.

Format>Draft>PDF does not override the project font settings either.

...img links do not work....

Six compiles in and no joy.

Note that there is no "Save" option with respect to font selection.

2.Also, why is the yellow "No Section settings set" displaying after I had set these?

3. Is there a way to post screenshots on this board without using a third-party hosting service?

To answer your last question first, yes there is a way to upload screenshots to the forum.

  • Scroll down below your post entry box. You'll see the words "Options" and "Attachments."
  • Click or tap on "Attachments." You'll see a big red "Add Files" button.
  • Tap or click on that button and you'll see a fairly standard file upload interface. For an example of using this mechanism to upload a screenshot to be displayed inline, see below.
Hope this helps!

In your first screenshot, did you select the preview text before changing the font?

In the second one, click the Assign Section Layouts button below the center pane. A font change can't take effect until you tell Scrivener *which* sections should change.
