I was trying to create my table of contents, but when I compiled my draft and exported it either in pdf or in rtf, I had this result:
Introduction Error! Bookmark not defined.
Historical Context Error! Bookmark not defined.
Historiography Error! Bookmark not defined.
Literature review 8

Any idea about how to work it out?
Many thanks,

Any comments on this?

I am having the same problem.

It seems to be affected by length of the title (in the bookmark in the table of contents), and in my case appears to only happen when it's converted to pdf.

Any timely help would be appreciated,

There is a problem whereby long titles cause invalid bookmarks, yes. This has been fixed for the next update (an updated beta will be out later this week).
