I like the setting 'Show titles in Scrivenings' and would like to make it automatic so that I don't need to manually select it every time I make a new project, as I currently have to. Is there a way of doing this please? Thanks!

Sorry, I don't think there is. The main preferences has options for how the titles are formatted, but not for if they are displayed or not. It's a project specific display setting.

Have you tried making your own project template with "Show Titles in Scrivenings" set—as well as any other project specific features you need—and the start your new projects using that template?
