I wonder if Apple's Magic Trackpad might help alleviate Repetitive Strain Injuries. I stumbled across a review by Ian Osborne at TechRadar, Long-term test: a month with the Magic Trackpad -- scroll down to "Day 12": he's talking a bit about RSI, Magic Trackpad and Wacom's Bamboo.

I guess a more comprehensive solution might be combining Magic Trackpad with work-rest schedules (which, oddly, reminds me of the productivity tools the Pomodoro Technique and Vitamin-R).
