Put about a thousand words into the molskine last night. I just typed it up. First real writing I've done since the sh*t got messy.

I just finished my revised draft. Possibly the hardest 2500 words I ever wrote. It was meant to be a solstice gift for her, but she couldn't stay around long enough. Her birthday's coming up, so I'll read it to her picture.

edit: I've posted it at http://www.oort-cloud.org with the title 'The Adventures of Guy-Shi'.

This one's titled 'After'. As in, just married.

Yesterday, 4/25/10, marks the day that 'the lights went back on' in the part of my mind that I use for writing.

Now I just need some new ideas to float in over the transom.

I am sure the new ideas will come. I am glad the lights came back on. Inspiration will find you - maybe in different ways now that you have a different outlook on things. When you read it to her picture, she'll be listening.
Now writing: random bloggy stuff

I have long been aware of the fact that the part of my mind used for writing overlapped the part used for loving to a very large extent.
