Re: Keywords and Metadata (Wish List)

I don't suppose your mind has changed about keywords on iOS since last year? :) Just adding my wishes for this feature in IOS. I just purchased a used Surface Pro specifically for using Scrivener (new Windows Beta) when I’m on the road. The custom metadata feature in the full version is a godsend i...

Re: web links in the binder

Thanks Keith. For some reason I thought I could just drag and drop. Neglected the all important “import” step. Blame it on the eggnog.
Merry Christmas and thank you and the L&L crew on great support and products this past year.

web links in the binder

Any way to have web links how up as files in the binder? In the Mac version I can just drag and drop to add a new binder file under “research.” The result.shows up when the project is synced to Scrivener IOS but I’m not able to do the same thing on my IPad Pro. The best I’m able to do is to make a t...

Creating new or revising existing styles in IOS

It appears that I’m unable to create new styles or revise others in my IOS version of Scrivener. I can achieve this on the Mac (Scrivener 3) and re-sync through Dropbox but I’d love to accomplish this strictly on my IPad Pro. Am I missing something or is it not possible?

Re: Color code index cards by label

Yes, but when I do this I don't see color options. Have you assigned these in the Mac or Windows version and they port over to the IOS version or am I missing something?

Color code index cards by label

Is there any way to color. Code index cards in iOS version and if so is there a way to do it on a select group?

Re: Select a group of files (or index cards) and move them

Amber,
Then from what I can gather, it is not possible to grab a selection of files either in the binder or on the corkboard and drag or move them enmasse (reorder them) within the SAME folder. It would have to be accomplished one file at a time.
Is that right or am I missing something?

Select a group of files (or index cards) and move them

I’m looking for a way to select a group of files and move them around either in the binder or as index cards. I suppose I could create a new folder and then move them to the folder, then move the folder to where I want the files to go, but then I’d have a folder I don’t want. Any more elegant way to...

Working with multiple projects in IOS

I have two separate projects (2 volumes of one "Novel") in Scrivener IOS. As I continue working on Vol #2 I sometimes need to go back to Vol #1 to revise a backstory. Is there any way to essentially, I guess, have two projects (or two instances of the Scrivener App) open simultaneously on ...

Minimum hardware, OS reason for Scrivener 3

There are certain things I just can’t do with Scrivener IOS that I can do with the Mac. I may have to purchase a used MacBook to run Scrivener 3. So, what’s the minimum requirements for hardware and Mac OS, I’ll need?

Re: Import/export .plist files between projects on Mac

The only way I ever found to do it was to create a specific document within the Mac version which simply listed the style names and applied the relevant style to each name. All you need to do on the Windows version is to go through that document, select each style in turn and redefine / create a st...

Re: How do I share style presets between computers?

Thanks.
Your solution was my plan "B." Just got my curiousity up as to how I lost the list. It's there in IOS, but when synced to the Mac it's lost. Waiting for V3!
