Re: Tiny icons...

Hello again. Disabling high resolution didnt help for me either. What I am saying is not that the icons should be exactly the same size as in 1.9 (I wouldn't mind, but I can see a lot of people would...), but now they are difficult to distinguish from each other. As they look bigger on my smaller sc...

Tiny icons...

Thanks for a great work on the beta! I know this has been said before, but I want to add a bit to it. On my 17 inch laptop (1920x1080 resolution, 125% scale which is recomended) the icons in the main toolbar are absolutely tiny. I'm not sure if you really intend them to be so small, I don't think I'...

[LH2387] External sync

I use external sync with a folder in Dropbox. The sync seems to work just fine, however, the documents I have changed or created externally don't show up in the collection "Updated documents". I can find them in the binder, though. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Re: Very Simple, Small Request: automatically scroll down to keep text at eye level

For me it's the other way around - I can't figure out how to turn it off... In composition mode, that is. It works fine when I am in the editor. Anyone knows how to do it? I use Windows.

Thank you! Glad to hear that you've thought of including something like that.

Re: Other ways to arrange the corkboard

Exclude texts in Scrivenings mode

Another thing. I sometimes keep older drafts, notes, thoughts and such in the same folder as the scenes I am going to use, just to have easy access to them. However, when I use scrivenings mode, I don't want to include those. Is there any way mark text as "hidden" so as only to see the tex...

Other ways to arrange the corkboard

I really like the corkboard. However, the way the cards sort themselves, chronologically from left to right, automatically continuing on the next row, does not always fit my way of thinking... I would like some sorting options to choose from. Ideally I would like to be able to see multiple chapters ...

List of recent documents

As I work with documents in different parts of my manuscript at various times, I often forget what I was working on last time I used Scrivener. It would be useful to be able to see, say, the ten most recent documents I have been editing.

A couple of things about sorting

I have a few questions about collections and sorting the scenes. 1. When I try to drag and drop from the corkboard to a collection, it looks as if it is going to work, but the scene doesn't end up in the collection. Is it a bug, or am I not doing it the right way? 2. I would like to be able to sort ...

Re: Compile for printing

Thanks a lot for making such an effort to help me! I upload the settings. However, I think I have found out what the problem is, or at least a way to solve it. If I change the text from TNR into something else, it stays the same in the compile. I can even change it back to TNR, and it stays TNR in t...

Re: Compile for printing

I've been compiling for Word, just to make sure it looks ok before printing. I leave the "Override text and note formatting" box unchecked. I tried again, my Times new roman becomes Courier. It looks neat, but not the way I want it...

Compile for printing

I am not sure I've understood the idea of compiling and formatting. I would like to do the basic formatting in Scrivener, for example typography and indents, and then be able to compile or print parts of the draft, without changing the look of the text. I have tried to mark "As is", and to...

Lost foreign characters

I write in Swedish, and when I upgraded to the new beta-version of Scrivener, the Swedish characters å, ä and ö (or if you cannot read this, a with a ring on top, a with two dots on top and o with two dots) were lost on the index cards. Instead there were small black squares with "?" in th...
