Ben Kane - The Forgotten Legion Trilogy.

Met Ben very briefly at the Festival of History at Kelmarsh Hall a few weeks back and decided to give it a try. Not my usual subject matter, historical fiction, but enjoying the first one so already downloaded second and third parts to my Kindle.

Re: Contour

Thanks for your comments, both. I guess I am looking for the philosopher's stone of creative writing and I just can't seem to find it!

Contour

I use Scrivener for dead boring technical stuff related to m my job and it's just great. However, really I just want to be a "writer" but inspiration don't come easy. Does something like Mariner's Contour help or is is just profiteering by them. I sit and stare at the screen... until someo...

Yep, complete garbage. It either freezes after inputting personal details or moves to confirm with nothing actually ordered!

Re: Backup and restore

Backup and restore

I have noticed that people on the forums understand stuff and explain it very well to people like me so here goes...is there anywhere on the internet that explains in practical terms what I should do if suddenly my MacBook doesn't work? If you google "backup" you always come across phrases...

GrowlyNotes

I have just come across this and downloaded it to have a play around. I have not seen it mentioned on here but apologies if everyone already knows about it! Re: Forum Rules Draft - Feedback Wanted

I am not a frequent poster on here as I spend my time looking at software to use to aid my creative writing for when I finally get the muse but I think these forums are great because they are so laid back. I think the only rule should be "Be Polite" and "Be reasonable in your expectat...
