Re: 28th Oct - LEE'S DAILY UPDATE

Sweet! The "space after paragraphs" bug was why I was asking for paragraph spacing options earlier. I just thought it was a default setting until I noticed it didn't affect all my files and figured out a way to work around it by pasting into wordpad. My temporary fix: I paste into wordpad ...

Re: corkboard keeps settings on exit, PLUS...wow!

Likewise it would be really cool if when I set my cards to a certain size and the font size to small if it would stay that way the next time I opened Scrivener! 8) BTW -- on a totally different rant -- I totally expected this ocean of interest in the beta. I've been "lusting after" Scriven...

Re: Images in Mac 2.0

Aha! It seems to be an issue with reading in the files from a digital drive. Once I copied it to my computer it worked. :)

Images in Mac 2.0

For some reason, no matter what setting I have set in the preferences, my images are coming up as index cards on the corkboard. Any ideas?

Re: Compatibility between 2.0 and WinScriv

Thanks! I'm very impressed with you and Lee and the entire team (I take it there are also a David and an Ioa who are important and likely a few others) and the technical support you have offered. It's exemplary :)

Compatibility between 2.0 and WinScriv

Okay -- just wondering how safe / effective it is to move my data back and forth between a 2.0 nano trial (for the mac) and the Windows beta. Are they compatible now?
Thanks!

Re: System Requirements?

I'm wondering what Service Pack is required?

My XP SP3 works great, but I'm thinking maybe lack of SP3 updates could be why some of the other XP'ers were having issues...

Tutorial [NOTED]

When I go to help menu, then click on the "open tutorial" option, I get a "my computer" style view of folders. Then when I find tutorial.scriv (I had to find it myself) it warns me that I am about to save over the tutorial. Apparently a "save" dialog is popping up inste...

Re: Startup Error

Unfortunately it is looking as though some problems have crept into the beta with XP, as we've had a good few problems reported from XP users - it has been tested on XP so presumably the problem lies with one of the changes made at the last minute. Lee will be working furiously to fix all of these ...

paragraph spacing

Hi! No big deal, but just wondering, is there a way to adjust spacing between paragraphs?

Re: Crash

OK. More generally: it always happens whenever I click that button. It's the "auto populate" button on the synopsis.
