Re: Zoom in Fullscreen above 175%

Yes, but I meant with a little more possibilities of fine-tuning (right now I can just jump from 200 to 300% etc., right?)

Zoom in Fullscreen above 175%

I add to the list: More zoom steps or even a step-less zoom glider above 175% in Fullscreen Compose mode. Thanks!

Re: Just for fun: "Why Microsoft Word must Die"

On Topic:

Microsoft Word killed M$ Word 5.5 for DOS, the best text editor the word has ever seen (before Scrivener).
Therefore it deserves to die. By a horribe death please.

Re: What fonts do you use?

It`s Courier New for me. It is next to typewriter, and non-proportional, which is good for on-screen proofreading as well. Also, compiling a 30x60 Courier document is the "old" professional way of presenting scripts to German publishers (novel scripts are measured in basic page i. e. 1 800...

Re: Improvement: Binder/Collection selection

Ha! Finally managed to confuse everyone :) En example: In COLLECTION , select "BBB" and "DDD" THEN in BINDER , select files "AAA" and "CCC" Now switch from the BINDER to COLLECTION . You see the files selected in the Binder (AAA and CCC) , not those of the Col...

Re: Improvement: Binder/Collection selection

That looks as covering it :) To make it more confusing, you must read the screenshot in reverse as mentioned above -– the problem is not the Collection, but when you have selected files in the Binder, view a selection and then switch back to the Binder. So replace the screenshots for "Collectio...

Re: Improvement: Binder/Collection selection

OK, bit confusing really :) EDIT I found a way to display preselected items in a Collection by random clicking (here on the Collection's title bar). BUT it still doesn't work the other way round -- for pre-selected Binder files when switching from a collection back to the Binder. Which is much more ...

Improvement: Binder/Collection selection

I have multiple folders with many files each, all in one project. When I now create a Collection of a set of files, and I switch from Binder to a specific Collection, the content of the Collection is not shown in the Main window until I click on one of the files. But then, the formerly selected file...

Re: Opening same file on Mac and Linux

Update: Copying individual documents doesn't do the trick. they are still not parsed under Mac. BUT "Export Files" on LINUX and "Import" on Mac works. Even there errors might occur if exporting to .rtf format (id est, in fact copying the files), but up to now, converting into .od...

Re: Why Apple is Losing my Love

I have switched to a powerful mac after I got fed up with Windows for the very last time, in times when Apple stood for solid hardware and a robust though closed operating system, and was not just another shiny phone company with lots of hybris in their brains. It had been this baby: A Power PC 9600...

Re: SCRIVENER FOR LINUX 1.5.3.1 BETA RELEASED (*LATEST*)

Re: Typewriter scrolling

Do you mean a problem like the one adressed here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11067&start=0

Though it seems yours is just the opposite. the problem that typewriter scrolling cannot be switched off (in a way) still persists.

Re: Opening same file on Mac and Linux

Sorry, no. See my bug report on the current beta in the pinnes Beta Release thread (somewhere among the last posts).
Haven't tried to copy individual documents, though -- thanks for that tip.
