Re: iOS Update

It is a shame that the iOS version of Scrivener won't be available for NaNoWriMo, I'd really hoped to give it a serious word bashing for the month... but.. as with Literature and Latte, their attention to releasing good, stable, usable software is right decision... I know (unless it's ridiculously p...

Re: New, baffled and unhappyhttp://www.literatureandlatte.com/fo

It shouldn't actually matter how your writing looks inside scrivener... You override all of this on compile, font, spacing, indents all are rationalised at compile time

David hewsons book on scrivener is very good

Re: Manual in epub or mobi

I tried to compile the Scrivener manual into kindle format... because it uses multiple mark down... it doesn't compile into kindle very well (or at least it didn't last time I tried and gave up!)

Re: Know a good blog hosting company?

I've used many companies for hosting wordpress systems, and I've always returned to the same people... I either use Flump.net I'd recommend their 'hosting promotion' for £50 which will have more space than you need (250meg of space and 7gb of traffic) for wordpress and includes a domain... or their ...

Re: Cards

(I was going to post a screenshot, but it seems that Skitch on my MacBook Air has updated itself to the useless new Evernote version of Skitch that no longer allows me to upload screenshots to our own server, grr.) its infuriating isnt it?! even with the 'new new' sketch its still next to useless.....

Re: Macbook Air 11 inch for Scrivenering

Yesterday a lovely shiny 11" 8GB 2012 MacBook Air turned up... It runs scrivener wonderfully... and battery seems quite good (I've been on it over wifi on and off since early afternoon, and I'm now sat on 19% (1hr remaining) at 11pm in the evening.. not too bad! So thanks to all who gave me the...

Re: iCloud support

theres a whole ton of posts as to why this cant currently happen... scrivener files are more than your average file.. they consist of a ton of separate files, iCloud syncing with a current scrivener file would cause iCloud to probably just go nuts, and the scrivener file to end up borked... but you'...

Re: Scrivener with 10.8 Mountain Lion

to be honest i've have very few issues with lion... I don't use rosetta stuff so that isn't a problem, and generally its been a pretty smooth trip for me... I like most of the features of lion (at least the ones i like i use.. the ones i don't like.. i don't use!).. I tend to work on the 'no news is...
