Not sure I understand you correctly other than that it is not in and won't be for the foreseeable future :D I was merely talking about a way to be guided visually where the differences are between two textfiles, nothing fancy here, no history or pedigree of changes first here, then there - just plai...

One of the nicest implementations of suchc functionality is still FileMerge, a p...

I admit that reading Amber's reply I could not help but feel like the 7-year old who had sneaked in the kitchen to grab the tin can full of sweets and hoped to get away with it, only to run into someone looking at him for a little while already. Of course I had hoped to mix RTF and MMD which would b...

Keith
I tested on an Intel iMac and a Powerbook G4. You were right, I had for some reason not enabled automatic updating on the PB where the error occured. I updated and the text exported as advertised. Sorry for the false alarm and thanks for your outstanding service.

Fletcher and Amber, I don't know why but I had completely missed the import of MMD files and how Scrivener's binder hierarchies interact with the import, thank you very much for pointing this out to me. I'm off to catch up on the capabilities of MMD and Scrivener now, thanks to you two I have ...

Educate me on MMD and import into Scrivener

I am an academic and while I greatly enjoy writing in Scrivener, the reality is that I need to exchange manuscripts with collaborators using other software. The minimal requirements for me are: I want to be able to export a structured document and have this structure survive treatment in other word ...

Font fuzziness

Hello KB I have stumbled across this site and your program because I was (I never thought I'd use past tense in this context) on the lookout for a program that finally satisfies my writing needs. I am very surprised to see a pre-release already so close to my ideal, but I need some more time to play...
