[BB] Coloring inline comments

Odd. All of a sudden, on one device the inline-comments didn't get colored anmore. I did not do anything with the options. And the bos for not coloring them remained unchecked.
I found no way to get the color back.

what can I do to get the colorback?

Re: To beta or not to beta for compiling an ebook?

If you want to compile for Kindle, the BETA is at the moment not usable. It messes with some letters and signs and make them to hyroglyphs.
But 1.9.8. works fine with Kindle-files

Re: Anyone else using the BETA for their work?

I do. And I don't see, why there should be any risk. As before, the filse are nicely saved as rtf. So, if ever thre would be a crash, the rtf-files are always accesilble from "outside". And what is great now, they are stored in a folder togehetr with their document notes and synopsis. That...

Re: [BB] Bug - Spaces remain invisible

The issue seems to be that some of the marks for invisible characters--spaces and tabs--are not scaling with the editor zoom. Are you not seeing them at all at 100%, even if you change the colour to something brighter? Wiith bright green it's a bit better. The issue existed in Beta 5, too. As far I...

Re: [BB] Bug - Spaces remain invisible

Beta testing (in this case Open Beta and not Closed) should not to be confused as being certified as 'Code Released'. Users are reminded of this when they agreed to download the product 'as is' with no guarantee of working properly but with more functionality than an Alpha Release and testing it ov...

Really? In 1.9.7 I have them always in the center of the space; no matter which font I use. Even in Greeek

Re: [BB] Bug - Spaces remain invisible

Actually, the spaces are showing—at least I can see them on my Mac Retina screen. For instance if you look between the “ and the W of 'Wieder' there is a tiny little dot low down near the “ (...) No doubt that doesn't help you for the moment, Dorothea, but I hope it'll help the team find a solution...

Re: [BB] Bug - Spaces remain invisible

I'm using th default colors Only the spaces are invisibile, as far I can see.. Returns and soft returns are good. The arrows for the tabs are there, but tiny and barely visible. (There I made one in the first line indentation.) That could be better. Should there be more? Protected spaces perhaps, sh...

[LH3041] Bug - Spaces remain invisible

When I click to show non-visible signs, I get to see only the sign for the returns and the arrow for tabs, but not any more the spaces . I'm quite sure, they were there in version 3. So now I can't find anymore when someone starts a new paragraph with a space. That clean-uo-tool to turn several space...

Re: [LH2848] : Encoding errors when compiling .mobi

I just dug deeper: I compiled the same manuscript as before to html and put this html one into my Kindle previewer: Now that worked: the hyroglyphs are gone and iItalian letters and chevrons were readable.

Got some warnings, though. But in German

Re: [LH2848] : Encoding errors when compiling .mobi

I made a similar experience when compiling tomobi, whether th plain mobi or the KF9/mobi. It looks similar with what happens, when someone uses UTF-8 charset and a text is written lin Western European charset. Then, too, German letters like ä or Italian è and such; and apostrophes that are not typew...
