Re: Scapple Beta (Download Here)

Keith, thank you, this is wonderful. Quick, easy, simple, versatile, and lets me have multiple unrelated clusters. Exactly what I want in a mind-mapping program. The fact that it's of the Scrivener lineage makes it all the better. I know you're looking for bugs over feature suggestions, but it would...

Canvas Zoom Scroll Bug

Hi Keith, When using the slider to Zoom all the way out, inactive scrollbars appear, and then, when subsequently zoomed out, and maximum zoom on the slider, there appears to be more canvas. Pictures below. Just before reaching Max Zoom https://www.dropbox.com/s/16cs16ks6186vix/Almost%20Full%20Zoom.p...

Re: Scrivener for iOS - What Do You Want? [PLEASE READ FIRST]

The only reason why I don't already have an iPad is because Scrivener was not available for it. Thanks a lot, now I'm out $500. (Kidding, of course, this was the best news I've heard all month.) Knowing how hard it is to have RTF text editing in iOS, I feel like the task I'm about to ask of you is H...

Re: Scrivener & Role Playing Games

YES! I just made a post pertaining exactly to this, saw yours, and deleted it. But basically, last night, I was forced to run an impromptu D&D encounter, and Scrivener came to my aid as the perfect tool. I made one folder for all the characters in the encounter, and arranged them as index cards ...

SimpleText.ws Auto Sync

Any chance we will see scrivener automatically download new versions of files from SimpleText.ws?

That way, people who have ideas on the go for specific projects can return to Scrivener to have their notes automatically synced.

(though I still can't stand the OS X text engine limitations)
Me too, but out of interest, which limitations in particular?
I know I've mentioned this, and you responded to me and I completely understand why it isn't possible, but Dual Dialogue.

Re: Dual Dialogue

Thanks for the response. I noticed in the stage play character template that there was something similar to a column going on between character and description, is that different?

Dual Dialogue

Hi, I know you've said that Scrivener is not and will never be a layout editor, and I completely understand and agree that it shouldn't be. As such, I gather that is why there are no options for columns and, likewise, I assume, Dual Dialogue in Scriptwriting. That being said, is it possible to, espe...
