When compile I get "Chapter <$t:chapter>"

When compile I get "Chapter <$t:chapter>" in the output file.

I don't know if this is a known bug, decided to share anyway.

Re: [LH2601] Project Targets auto calculate do not work

Hi,

I'm happy about the new Beta 9, but to my surprise, there is nothing about the targets. They still don't work. They are not even mentioned in the Known Issues section. Can we expect those to be fixed in the final version or they'll be dropped out completely?

Thank you,
M

Re: [Suggestion] New Document Style Feature - Incomplete

You are missing the point. Scrivener is not a page layout tool nor works as a WYSIWYG editor. For what it's worth, Scrivener is a text editor.
You don't need default style, since the stiles are redefined anyway when you compile.

Re: [LH2306] Format From Copied Internet Text [Bug]

Glad to help :)

On my system, I have switched the shortcuts.
Ctrl+V — do Paste and Match Style
Ctrl+Shift+V — do Paste

In most cases I need the clean text and not it's format. In the rear instances when I need the text formated I just add Shit to the combo. It works for me. :)

Re: Scrivener won't update

1. Download the new version manually
2. Turn off your antivirus
3. Run the installer with admin rights

Re: How to change formats?

You don't need a special format. They are all the same although they look different on the surface.

Just start writing.

Re: Newbie Lost - Support Non Existent

The responses so far have been many and I feel helpful. I'm afraid to say yours wasn't because it put the cat amongst the pigeons. What about the part of my response that told you step by step how to create a chapter list, which was the only specific 'how to' goal you raised. You didn't find that h...

Aaaagh, How disappointing.

Anyway, so long as it comes to the final version I'll be happy. :)

Thank you for the great product.

Re: Newbie Lost - Support Non Existent

Hi I have purchased Scrivener but currently thinking I want a refund. I haven't had any response from Scrivener so far. My first question was in there a video that takes you through the basics of creating a book. Nothing I've found is very helpful. I don't want to learn everything when I'm only goi...
