You can also find Scrivener project files via Scrivener itself with File/Find All Projects in Spotlight.

The session target is designed for that. (cmd + shift +T or Project/Show Project Target). Click on the target field and enter 1,000 (for your case). Can I ask why the iCloud drive can't be used? I'm not trying to be contrary -- at least, not knowingly -- but I've never used the iTunes method of file transfer, so this all appears a bit odd to me. If you double-click on the CPU Load box at the bottom of Activity Monitor, then it'll display the CPU (load) History.

If using multiple cores heavily, you'll also see percentages > 100%. I was converting an avi file today and had figures of over 500%.
