Re: Feature request: Notes attached to connections

One solution (not perfect) is to make the line between "The first note" and the "Label note" a dotted line.

Re: Scapple problem in Scrivener

I tried to drag a .scap document into the Binder, but the Binder rejects it. I was also unable to import it as the .scap file was dimmed in the import window. Noticed the same, when my Scene/Draft folder was open. Clicked on the Research folder and tried again and, alas, the .scap document wasn't d...

Re: Full support for Fountain (screenwriting syntax)

That is quite the opposite of a bug. :) It's part of Fountain's syntax: http://fountain.io/syntax Thats why I put "bug" in quotes. Thing is, Fountain's syntax doesn't mention "SHOT" as a script element, while Final Draft and Scrivener does so. In the example scripts that Fountai...

Re: Duplicate titles

The duplication is due to the fact that a note dragged into Scrivener gets its text assigned to both the title of the Corkboard note and the body text. And I for one want it to stay that way. It means that I can open the imported stuff in either outline (or corkboard) to address the structure and t...

Re: Full support for Fountain (screenwriting syntax)

Thank you! I think I found another "bug", but this one you share with Highland and Final Draft and I don't know who else. Perhaps it's just me being final daft – but to me it would be more logical that "INT." and "EXT." were treated as scene headings (which they are, ca...

Thank you! Love the background shapes BTW. Just a gruff and quirky Swede that believe that Less is More.

Re: Scapple Beta - New Users Please Read

Pity if the window dressing gets in the way of core functionality. But if you can fix it within a few days, who am I to complain. Completely in love with Scapple anyhow. Keep up the good work!

Re: Scapple Beta - New Users Please Read

I have the latest Scrivener and Scapple betas and try to drag Scapple notes into Scrivener - but it doesn't work. I can't drag one or more notes into the binder, whatever folder I try, also I cannot drag the notes into a free form cork board. I know that this was possible in earlier Betas. What do I...

Perfect!

So I can't get it when syncronising with external folder? Well, you can't get it all I suppose.

Thanks,

Re: Full support for Fountain (screenwriting syntax)

The Mac version has full Fountain support in the next update. Excellent! Two things I've noticed in the present version: Scene headings (preceded by EXT. or an initial full stop) are rendered with capitals if I open the document in, i.e., Highland, but in lower case (or whatever I've written it in)...

Re: Split QuickRef window

Sorry. Misunderstood. Split the screen using keyboard shortcuts, not the pop up. Thought the QR window would work as a split screen, like the editor, making it possible to se two documents in the same QR window. Now I understand how it works: as an Inspector window. That's even more use useful. If I...

Split QuickRef window

In one of the latest betas was added the possibility to split the QuickReference window in two, vertically or horizontically. "• You can now split QuickReference panels vertically as well as horizontally, using the View > Layout > Split… commands". Fine! It works! I get an empty space. Bt ...

Completely OT
I suspect that most non-fiction writers use the Windows platform
