I recommended to a couple Win Users, and also put it in the nettie.

A few of those friends might be a little bashful. You mind if I ask them to send the reports through me?

(I just hope they are clear about them, it is NOT my machine)

Oh and this is important, DUH for not testing. It does this on full screen, not on a reduced screen.

Windows 1.6 Beta side bar on editing window

I am using a Samsug Netbook, with Windows 7 Starter. When the window fills, the side bar does not pop, though that appears in full screen mode.

Yes... I know this is could be a problem with long manuscripts. Found that out today while working on a short story.

1.6 has been quite stable on my nettie... running windows seven whatever came on that nettie.

I am using it for another short story... and it is running quite well.

Ok so now that I have some time to play with it. here is a minor annoyance. I went ahead and created a new project... I decided to go for a short story... what better way to test a new shiny? I am in love with this feature...I can do the syncing across different computers... yes I wish I could just use email to get the whole project. Well installed it on the lappie, and took the project from one machine to the next, and did some work. Then I took it back to the MacBook and it worked fine. No data loss, nothing. The only thing it did is it re-arranged my files (the ones to use with index card) but that is cool. The UI is not as p...

got the win version tonight... and will be sending it over email, from the mac... assuming back can handle it. And I will start doing some work on the win version. It looks like the last version before update. No, not the interface, the menu. But even if it is "behind" it's cocoa goodness....

You can export it to RTF and then you can import it as an RTF file... I know it is more of a pain. Before I got 2.0 for the Mac tonight I did that with 1. whatever it was. It worked like a charm... though it is your full RTF file, not cards. Me, will start working with the WIN version either tomorro...
