This is an "AutoCorrect" feature in Word. You can turn this "behavior" off in the Word Preferences -> AutoCorrect control panel. You'll find a checkbox under the "Replace as You Type" section. I don't know if this will change the behavior in documents that were compiled...

Thanks for the tip on how to attach a file.

It is possible that I have another MMD installed somewhere, but as I said in my post, this error was not happening when I was using the beta version of the current Scrivener release.

Compile Error After Upgrade

For some reason I cannot compile Multimarkdown -> RTF since I upgraded to the latest version. Oddly, when I was running the beta version, the compiler worked fine!

Now the MMD->RTF outputs HTML code. Attached is a sample of what happens.

What's up with that?
