Re: Questions about linking to the Web

To answer what you asked in the first part, I dragged from the address bar of my browser (Safari) an address ending in PDF (not from my computer) and pasted that into the "Add Link" box.

Questions about linking to the Web

I have experienced inconsistencies when trying to link a note to the Web. 1. When I used "Add Link" to add a Web link to a PDF and then exported the Scapple document to PDF, the link was not available in the PDF. 2. When I dragged a Web link into a note with other info, more often than not...

Blank page question

I created a Scapple diagram on one page. I noticed that some shapes were on three adjacent pages. Though I deleted all the text/shapes on those extra pages, when I prepare to print, I still see them. Why didn't those pages disappear when I removed the content on them.

Print version smaller in size

The text in the print version of my Scapple diagram is much smaller in size than what I expected. Is there any way to prevent that from happening -- or for Scapple to make me aware it will happen? I wanted all the text to be 12 pt.

Question about when Scapple starts

When I start Scapple, is there any way for it to open automatically to the last file I worked on?

Re: <$R> question

Thanks. On a Mac, is there an easy way to enlarge the text that appears after clicking Help/Placeholder Tag List?

<$R> question

Where can I find a description of all the tags, such as <$R>, that can be used in the Section layout part of Compile? I could not find a listing of that information in the manual.

Re: Corkboard question

ChiaLynn,

When I do that, I'd also like the card's content to appear in the editor, which now it is not. How can I get a card's content to also appear in the editor?

Corkboard question

How can I move/view the text in a Corkboard card into its associated binder document (in the default editor)?

I'm using the current version of Scrivener.

Changing connector

1. Is there an easy way to change a connector between created notes from dashed to arrow?

2. Is there a way to change the default connector from dashed to arrow?

Horizontal centering

I have two notes, one to the right of the other about an inch away. The one on the left is larger than the one on the right. When I horizontally center them, the one on the right is horizontally centered but also placed within the one on the left. How can I have them remain in place after being hori...

Thanks. That's a handy capability to have.
